Tsuyoshi Seko (M) Litograph

Born in 1943. Through the medium of lithographs, I explore the motifs of day-to-day life in a sharp, modern style. Intertwined with straight lines and curves, behind the fresh colours of my work, I want to invoke a kind of concrete kindness. In recent years I have become very interested in masks and I have tried to incorporate these in my work in a poetic pop style. Masks are not just simple sculptures for the face. They have a dualistic quality which shows both the depth and the complexity of the human psyche . All of us are living behind a mask.
